| I'm going to take a hotel/pool weekend with one of the kids, here in town. Which hotels have pools that 3-4 year olds would like? |
Try the Gaylord. They often have weekend specials for locals. |

There pool does look nice, thank you. Anyone else?
I'll report back wherever we go. |
| Any place in Alexandria? |
| The Gaylord is practically in Alexandria - it's right across the bridge, visible from Old Town, even. |
| Jeff - please don't move this to travel. It isn't about traveling out of the area and it will get zero responses. |
| Washington Hilton pool: http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/hotels/hotelpromo.jhtml?ctyhocn=DCAWHHH&promo=pool |
| i was just looking online for hotels with indoor pools for same purpose, and there is a holiday inn located in old town, and I think the one on eisenhower may have an indoor pool. Reasonable rates. never stayed there personally |
this is an outdoor pool |
| hampton inn in crystal city has an indoor pool. |
|
DC's Wilson Pool is probably more fun for little kids than most local hotel indoor pools, it has a zero entry section and a basketball hoop and sometimes water features/fountains are turned on...you could stay anywhere in NW and drive there.
The Hilton just renovated their whole pool deck and has a cute little outdoor baby pool...it doesn't open until later in the year though. |
| Or just take them to Cub Run Rec Center in Chantilly. It's an indoor water park. Better for slightly older kids, but they have a cute little kid area. |
|
Go to the Hyatt Chesapeake Bay. Awesome pool open year-round and lots of fun activities.

| PP: Had never heard of Cub Run (we don't get out to Chantilly much, except to head over to Cox Farms) - will def. check it out! |
