| I just started WW online a few days ago. So far I have stayed within my daily points. I'm wondering though, do most people eat the weekly points each week? Is it encouraged? |
| Some but not all. I'm pretty consistent losing if I don't use too many weekly points. My comfort zone is around half. Good luck! |
Same here. |
|
It is encouraged. I tended to use them, but not monitor so carefully. So, of 35, I would probably use. 25, but maybe it was 23 or 28. One thing I did was to subtract 7 each week so I could have an extra cup of coffee each day without infringing on my daily points total.
As an aside, I only allowed myself alcohol for the amount of exercise points I earned. Good luck. |
Ooh, good idea! |
| I found that when I used all of my points, I didn't lose weight - even when I got more points for exercising. |
| All the time. I'd be starving otherwise. |
| A handful, but nowhere near all. Yesterday I was one point over. |
Really? I find if you switch your diet to mostly veggies and fruit, it's truly hard to get those 26 points eaten in one day. I've lost 3.5 pounds in two weeks without starving. |
I have a cup of coffee each day. It's zero points. Why did you need to save 7 points for that? |
| Everyone is different, it depends on your metabolism. I'm careful not to cut back too much (and go into starvation mode), however if I use weekly points, I maintain but do not lose weight. |
And I find if i don't eat all my points (weekly & activity) I don't lose as quickly. I lost my weight 4+ years ago (and then 19 monts ago after #2), and even now as a lifetime member if i go too low on my calories (I don't track regularly), I start to creep back up. So yeah, everyone is different. Try different things & see what works for you |
I like half and half. |
