all those levels
not for me |
It is surprisingly nice, and actually well decorated for a change, but the one room wide thing makes it seem like a townhouse.
I will never understand why some people who live in DC decorate their homes like English country houses. And the outside looks like a Ryland home.
Yep beauty is subjective b/c that isn't my dream house.....
not my style on the outside (too skinny), but beautifully decorated.
So, why did you post an ugly house on this forum. Very cheaply done kitchen as well as other parts of the house, extremely cheap basement lighting (why not recessed), too long and narrow and while you aren't buying the decorations, those staying are not very attractive.
I think it's kind of strange-looking on the outside - kind of looks like a townhouse standing alone - but the inside is pretty nice.
I drive by this house frequently and saw it was on the market. Its very pretty and a great location. I think its well done inside and like the varying levels and staircases. Makes it interesting. Most of it is very nicely desitgned and decorated. It does not look like a "Ryland home" at all IRL but that poster gave me a chuckle considering pwople who live in that 'hood probably barely even know what a Ryland home is.

"Welcome to my home. It's wafer thin!"
Hate the stencil on the foter floor. At that pricepoint it should be inlay.
Sorry - foyer |
The pool is nice....looks like my grandmother did the decorating.
Heated driveway! Wow.
Major selling point: the stuffed chicken on top of the dryer
