at what temperature and for how long do I cook it? I need to cook it tomorrow or the next day so I'd appreciate your thoughts!

Is it unwrapped? Is it from Costco? Are you sure there aren't 2 in the package? |

Yeah, that sounds almost impossible. Must be two. Even a 3 lb-er is pretty big, I'm betting it's just a pork loin, not a tenderloin.

No you don't. It's a pork loin, not a tenderloin. Rub it with garlic and rosemary, and roast it. If you want to get crazy, put some potato wedges under the rack and turn the periodically. Yum |
| Probably like 20 minutes per pound, but use a meat thermometer and when the internal temp is 165 it's done. |

Slow cooker pulled pork.
Quarter two onions and put them in the bottom. Rub with Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder. Put in slow cooker with one can of chicken broth and one of water. Cook long time. Pull with two forks. Add favorite bbq sauce. |
