The mosquitoes have hatched in DC. It is January. Please correct this oversight at your earliest possible convenience.

How about Mother Nature just get rid of the buggers all together and tics too. Such heartache and suffering those insects can cause to humans . I know someone who had malaria and I know several people with Lyme disease.

Maybe some. Mosquitoes are really complicated. That's why they are everywhere.
