Has anyone ever filed a complaint with the community superintendent about a principal and had anything happen? I am considering doing this and I would like to know what anyone's outcome has been. Positive/Negative. Do you file a complaint in writing or on the phone?

Does your principal find out that you complained?

I filed a complaint and nothing happened. Of course the principal will find out. You should file though.

There is a formal process called Complaint from the Public. If you file MCPS will hire a super expensive lawyer Judith Bressler to fight you. Under the old Superintendent you would be torn to pieces, your character would be assassinated, etc. Perhaps things are different now under Starr.

I believe one at our ES (RM Cluster) complained about a new teacher to the school. She did not return for a second year..seemed like it worked.
