ISO info about Waste Free Wednesdays at Key

Hi, I met a mom at the Palisades 4th of July parade who talked to me about Key Elementary School's waste free Wednesdays. We want to start up a similar program at Stoddert this fall and before I reinvent the wheel is there anyone out there who knows the logistics or who started the program/any contact info for Key PTA members? Thanks very much - I have been reading that site and now, of course, I also want a giant commercial composting program for the school but better rein myself in! I was hoping to steal Key's actual lingo and flyers and such (so lazy, I am) so would still love to hear about their experiences. And upload their files.
