I guess I was nervous because I justtold the technician to take off "what's normal." She took a lot off "the top" (ie not on my legs but the part going into my stomach). i thought that'd be okay but I am realizing that my hair USED to cover my C-section scar.
That said I can't tell what a normal amt of hair is because I've always had SO MUCH. This was the first out of 8 times I'll be doing this. Did I make a mistake? Should I leave more hair on next time? |

I wasn't prepared for the option of taking some off the top when I first went in. I let them do it for the first time and never after that. You can't tell now that I did it the first time so I think you are safe quitting.
I was fascinated to learn that some people want their hair to be lower down there! |

The first time will have hardly ANY IMPACT whatsoever.
Furthermore, I've been through 6 treatments about 2 years ago and 80% has returned. I have an appt tomorrow for 1 of 3 sessions. |

So I'm not missing that it's "normal" to shave "off the top," then, in general? I think it looks better with that hair still "intact" but part of me wonders if I just haven't seen many naked women and don't know better! |

when I wax, I always get a little off the top, but not too much. So I would expect to laser some of that too.
My question is how far to go in on the sides at the top of my thighs. In other words, how "narrow" to go? |

ESPECIALLY in back! Nothing is more disgusting than ass hair!! I get it ALL off except a little on the top, but all around any entrances? Bare. |

No, it is pretty normal, but they won't tell you that up front. It is a process, a long one at that, but I think worth it, I hope these next 3 sessions, put the nail on the coffin, but even when they do sell you the package, they did tell you you would at least need to return annually for touch ups, right? FWIW, I do have very strong thick black hair. I'm supposedly a perfect candidate. |

THis is a generational thing. How old are you? If you are over 50 they like hair, under that no hair is preferred and has been that way since 1990 |
