I think there are two more steps before actual delegates are chosen, and they will probably end up with the same number of delegates. Am I right about that, and if so, isn't it totally inane to make a big deal over who came out ahead by a handful of votes?

It would be inane, except that the press and pundits crowning Romney based on two wins in a row, when in fact he won his neighboring state in NH and merely survived a virtual 3 way tie in Iowa.

I quite agree that the inanity was greater the first time around. This time there is a least the excuse that it's a correction of the previous overblown result.
