| Just moved to Chevy Chase, MD from California. 12 mos old daughter was scheduled for cyst removal in San Diego but accelrated relocation means we are looking for advice on finding surgeon now in DC area. Welcome any suggestions - Thanks all. |

| Dr. Michael J. Boyajian, MD at Children's. He was phenomenal. My DS had a large dermoid cyst over his eyebrow. Dr. said it was very expansive and took hours removing it meticulously. Now DS only has a very small scar over his eyebrow that is totally not noticeable. |

| Do you need a plastic surgeon? Georgetown has some good pediatric plastics if you don't want to deal with Childrens, I think Dr. Baker is one. |

I second Dr Stephen Baker. He literlly wrote the book on dermoid cysts. He's a wonderful plastic surgeon. He has offices in McLean and at Georgetown.
He removed my son's Cyst (eye location) at 10 months. Surgery was at 8, we were home by 11. Baby took nap in the car on the way home, and was fine the rest of the day. |
