Pre-k in all schools? And what are the hours for pre-k or k?

FCPS site is no help. I thought there was public pre-k at every school but the registration section of the website has 2 choices--register for K or transferring students.
Also, what are the hours? And does it depend on the school? Thanks. Signed, feeling very frustrated |

| FCPS preK is only for those with special needs or very low income. |
