Getting into St. Anne's Girls Academy in Gainesville

Anonymous
Does anyone have a daughter attending St. Anne's Academy for Girls in Gainesvile?
We would like to know more about the Logic program for 7th and 8th grades. We also want to know more about the Latin instruction.

I just found this school and I'm curious if anyone has a daughter that attends there too?

I was looking into it for my daughter (elementary age) and I'm curious to see how their program is as well.

Yes, we are starting in Fall 2013 or I should say we hope to start. My daughter has not yet taken their entrance exam, but assuming she passes, we will have her start there in the Fall. We spoke with families who have daughters attending and they are enthusiastic. Parents say that their daughters are soaring and this is partially attributed to the very small class size.
We shouldn't be too excited, but I have wanted to send my daughter to an all girls school and this one is almost in our back yard. Besides proximity, we like the fact that they teach Latin from grade 1 and according to the front office staff, they teach Singapore Math. We could not be happier.
The school phone number is 703-731-3577

That is not their number. It is 540-428-3500. I just tried it. The 703-753-1102 number seems to be for appointments only.

Is this an advertisement? Trying to get it to seem exclusive and all that? Yes I have been to Gainesville. And Manassas. And Manassas Park.

I thought they were doing Math-U-See and not Singapore.

They do Math-U-See for the hands-on math in upper grades and the Singapore in the lower grades. My daughter is a student and is doing very well.
