| I am sick of Fridays, Chilis types of places. Please oh please tell me there is something better in Old Town for us to have our date! |
| King Street Blues is great for kids, if you're looking for something casual, but not cookie-cutter. The Majestic is also relatively kid friendly. We take our kid to Murphy's for lunch and early dinners (it gets a little rowdy later). Austin Grill is a kid favorite. If your kid is relatively well-behaved, The Warehouse or Landini Brothers is good if you're looking for something a little fancier. In fact, my dc is very good at restaurants, so there's only a handful that I wouldn't take him to (Restaurant Eve, for example). We took him to Jackson 20, and it was fine. |
| Thank you PP! This was such a help and we will go to King's Street today all thanks to you. I looked at their web site and it looks perfect! I wrote all your other ideas down too. Thanks so much. |
| There's a newer restaurant in North Old Town called TJ Stones that is very family friendly. Off the beaten path but I would recommend it. |
|
Nice, I will add that to the list too!
|
| I second TJ Stones. They give you popcorn before the meal, my son loves that! |
| Overwood is pretty kid friendly too. I also take my 3 YO to Fontaine, Pita house, Parsian restaurant, vermillion, and her favorite Eamon's for fish and chips. Good luck. |
| Also pizza paradisio and union street |
