Not true. Montgomery county police have had witnesses to murders deported by ICE making it impossible to convict the murderer.

Often witnesses are criminals too, ICE does not care to work with montgomery county to deport after the trial.

Just like ICE would have deported the rapist once he was out on bond, making it impossible for the police/prosecutor to try, convict and jail.
