Well, actually, you have said PUBLICLY that the Jason fiasco started with you NOT listening to your gut, Bethenny:
"Asked by an audience member what her gut told her as she was about to wed Hoppy, she said,'I think my instinct and gut going into my marriage [knew] it would turn out the way it did. I could feel it, but I intellectualized it. People are always talking about ‘Do I go with my head or my heart?’ Go with your gut.'"

So which is it?

It's whichever is convenient for Bethenny to use and freak out about. I remember watching last night and thinking the same thing- doesn't sound like it's your gut that failed you. But of course Bethenny will switch and use whatever she needs to get that hit in

Agreed. When she was with Jason, she was gushing about him all the time, and writing in her books about how much he helped her with her business and with her career. When things went south, it was what a horrible person he is, and how he didn't deserve a dime of her money, because he never helped her with her business or her career.

NP. (I may have posted many pages ago, I can't remember, but I do watch the show.) I always think of that reunion after whichever season Bethenny and Jill were really not getting along. Jill apologized and Bethenny accepted, and Andy must have asked if they could be friends again. Bethenny essentially said no, because "Jason doesn't like you." What? A strong, self-possessed woman would not let her husband's preferences dictate her friends (who he would never have to see). So either a) she said that because she didn't want to be friends, or b) Jason really didn't like Jill and Bethenny cared about that. Either way, Bethenny sure flip-flops to suit her statement of the moment.

I dont think thats the case- I think it's more you cover up what your gut tells you because you're hoping it will work, you don't want to admit it to yourself, you still feel loyalty to him, etc. I felt like when she finally was just honest about her gut is when it fell apart because she couldn't skate over things anymore.

And also Jason is quite clearly bats**t insane.

I agree that Jason is now batshit insane, but I firmly believe that he didn't start out that way. Being with her and being a part of the fame/TV/scrutiny lifestyle that came with her effed him up. I know he is responsible for his actions and behavior, but there is no way that she was just this lovely, wonderful person this whole time, and he was just pure evil.

NO ONE and nothing could make someone act like the flaming turd that this man has been. Only severe psychological issues.

Also, I remember Bethenny recounted the first time they met and he called her "stuck up" or something- sorry, that's a red flag, for someone you've just met and is trying to flirt with you? But I think Bethenny blew past all the red flags because she felt the clock ticking and everyone on the show would bash her for being alone. I am no fan of Bethenny, but I feel like what she went through is horrific and a tale as old as time that happens to many women.

Here's what: she's batshit crazy, too. Screaming at LuAnn that she's a whore; alienating herself from EVERYONE in her life, systematically (so it's your mom and your dad and your stepdad and your first husband and your second husband and the two other engagements you broke off and Jill annnnndddd Kelly aaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnddddd Sonja/Ramona/LuAnn/whomever you are beefing with this week, oh OK); contradicting herself constantly; putting on her daughter's 4T pajamas and bragging about it, then the audacity to go after Jules for HER eating disorder? Oh, OK.

Nailed it PP! And the 4T pajamas- no one in their right mind would think that's cute/funny to put on social media. It's clearly F-ed up.

I too was a huge Bethenny fan back in the day. I gradually saw her nastiness but was straight up appealed how she treated Jules last season. Like it was so clearly obvious she herself has an eating disorder and had to make Jules issues a huge deal and something she's so uncomfortable with because of "her moms" issues. Ummmm its clearly because of your issues. She was just SO.MEAN. I honestly think the most level headed of the bunch is LuAnn. She knows what she wants. She wants to get married to a guy with a decent amount of money. Good for her. Shes tough and can take whatever situation unfolds ahead. Shes no wall flower.

I couldn't agree with you more. I get that Bethenny has lots of food issues, in part, because of her mother. But as someone who has read her books--and even from her "fiction" book, which is really just a book about her life but changing "Bethenny" to "Faith"--you can so clearly see that she has her own disordered eating habits. She admits to binge eating for more than a decade. And while a lot of her advice in "Naturally Thin" is good, she takes it to the extreme. I felt so bad for Jules. LuAnn is who she is and knows what she wants, and I admire a lot of things about her, even though clearly she is not perfect.

Dorinda seems "better" this season, I mean aside from that huge dinner party fight.

Bethenny is no saint, but the lack of empathy for her...wow. Hey people, maybe she's very thin and gaunt on this season because her ex-husband is harassing and stalking her and threatening to kill her and she is stuck with him for the rest of her life because of her daughter. All the money in the world isn't going to protect her from that nutjob. The thought occurred to me while watching, well at least he probably won't kill her because she's famous and so surely would get caught.

I just didn't see that she was all that nasty to Jules either. A lot of that was created by Dorinda.

It will be interesting to see what happens with LuAnn and Tom. I think she knows he's a cheater and doesn't care but isn't willing to admit as much on camera, but has made peace with it privately. I just hope she has a hall pass as well. If so, then good luck and well done LuAnn.

No posts about the cameo by Jill Z? I thought it was fun to see her and Bobby and liked all the flashbacks of Jill and Ramona going at it.

The Bethenny/Ramona fight was one for the ages.

Looks like some good stuff coming up (although it always looks that way).

Current fave = Dorinda. So calm among all the madness. Neat to see her in the flashback from 2011.

Jill has had a ton of work done.

Jill wants back on the show so bad its sad. She pissed off Andy though and it ain't happening. She doesn't really look different to me (slightly older) so I dont see the "ton of work" comment…she looks like the same level of work if that makes sense.

Honestly, though? If she had just thrown a bit more money at him from the outset, her divorce thing could have gone away. She yammers on and on in "A Place of Yes" about how much he helped her with her business and with her other career moves like "Dancing with the Stars," and then he of course has been Brynn's primary parent, practically since birth. Write him a big check, and be on your way.

To me these women have become a group of overly plastic very desperate catty super immature women with too much time on their hands.
I don't agree much with Carole but find her to be the most sensible (unless she is hanging with Bethany than she converts to a mean girl)
Bethany is just too much, cannot stomach her. Dorinda is the only semi normal one. Seriously, they are just "too much" and I just don't enjoy the show nearly as much as I used to.

If I am remembering correctly, Bethenny actually was on Skating with the Stars, not Dancing...which involved a huge learning curve for everyone!

Let me Google that for you...

Does Andy Cohen have a grudge against Jill Zarin?

Seriously. She is the most un-self aware person on that show. All that braying about how real and authentic she is. I feel sorry for her.

I don't remember Dorinda being mean to Jules- that was Bethenny and Carole from what I recall. Both of them picking Jules apart, likely to deflect from their own eating issues.
