You misunderstood; Speaker Johnson didn’t tell Trump no. He intervened to ensure Trump could carry out this plan after Trump was told no by the cemetery. Johnson made this possible.

This is been the thing that has pushed my uncle over the edge and he snapchated me and told me he would not be voting this election.... He was in the military for 25 years and while he could turn the other way for a lot. Disrespecting Arlington national cemetery seems to have been the line in the sand for him.
