Best and Worst Family Spring Break Vacation Spots of 2024

We went to an all inclusive in the Dominican Republic, didn't drink the water, my daughter and I got violently sick and ended up in an ambulance to a private hospital where they pressured us to stay overnight (we didn't). The resort/vacation was amazing up until this point. Not sure I would go back.

I've been considering this - where did you stay? I have points I could use at the Park Hyatt on St. Kitts and it looks nice but maybe a little sleepy?

We stayed at the Park Hyatt St Kitts at Christmas and it was wonderful but you're correct it's sleepy. And the food is crazy expensive. It was 100% occupancy and didn't feel full. We stayed busy by going to Nevis one day, taking out jet skis, leaving the resort to go hiking. My family loves lots of beach and pool time so sleepy is fine with us. And I love not having to fight for pool chairs or waiting for restaurants.
