Ivanka “didn’t recall” inflating her daddy’s net worth and the value of his real estate assets to secure better deals and loans. I believe there was a leaked call revealing her advisory position on inflating Trumps real estate. Lots of stuff has been scrubbed now that he’s president elect.

She was small potatoes. The Judge knew Ivanka perjured, but at that point in the trial Judge Engoran was ready to rule that Trump, Don Jr, Eric, their businesses, and executives committed fraud. The court also ruled on six other accusations, including falsifying business records, insurance fraud, and conspiracy claims.
