Like I said, OMG losers just give it up already.

Really, kid. You should be asleep at that hour. Do your parents know you aren’t sleeping well? School stress?

Says someone who could never afford the ride. Yes, sad indeed (for you and your children).

Wow the privilege is unreal with some people try being a little humble and thankful for what you have.

Y'all, as someone with a REAL, personal connection to the Quaker community at the Sidwell Friends School of Quakers and Friends, I feel that I must speak on this subject. Sidwell IS indeed Sadwell--every day that I drop my dear Quaker son at school, his smile turns upside down. It breaks my large Texan, Quaker heart to see him so unhappy. It aches and quakes, to be abundantly honest. I
Furthermore, I was once personally ASSULTeD by Star the Fox behind Zartman, underneath the stairs. I will never get the smell of his matted fur out of my mind.

But all in all, I like the Quaker school. 10/10, would recommend. (live laugh love dr relish (yum!) thanks for ur help in austrailian studies ur the bestest)

15 pages about whether Sidwell is really Sadwell?!? I don’t think there’s a DC area school (public or private) that stirs up more people than Sidwell. SOME of y’all really love to hate this school.

Congratulations, Sidwell! There's no such thing as bad publicity.

I think the dislike comes from them thinking they are more relevant than they may be?

Two friends sons turned down Sidwell this past year for another school and their friends at Sidwell gave them such a hard time about it and could not believe they would choose another school.

Fifteen pages about a nonsense topic is probably one of the best (unintentional) examples of Sidwell’s relevance. This isn’t fifteen pages about a Sidwell scandal involving sex, drugs, or murder (Madeira, anyone?). It’s about Sidwell vs. Sadwell. C’mon!

Third graders from a DCPS allegedly witnessed 4 teenage boys having sex in the locker room at Dunbar, and that thread has topped out at 9 pages!

If that happened at Sidwell, DCUM would be temporarily knocked offline and it would make national headlines: “The Clinton and Obama Daughters’ Elite Private School is Allowing Gay Orgies.” 🙄

The Madeira thing was a hundred years ago.

Just as murder has no statute of limitations, neither does the discussion of the Madeira Murder.

I toured this fall and what is Sadwell are the lower school facilities. I could not believe DC elite send their kids there. The LS looked like a dilapidated public school and yet it’s the most expensive private.

The new renderings look great, but the united campus isn’t expected until “the end of the decade” per the construction updates on their website.

I was so disappointed. I still am in disbelief. Sadwell, indeed.
