I’m the PP who was disappointed in Taylor Swift’s reaction to the dumb joke. Megan Kelly articulated it perfectly. I’ve been a huge Swift fan and I did not like that people were booing her at NFL games. But this comedian and his dumb joke was no threat to her.

DP, but I doubt anyone here is jealous of Kylie jenner. Her looks are completely plastic (and in my opinion not attractive), which is sad, and she had two kids as a practically teenage parent in non serious relationships (was it one relationship or two?) her “empire” is built on the coattails of her stage mother and sister, who was made famous for a s*x tape. Her sister is divorced from a mentally ill man with four of his kids. Her other sisters have significant issues. Her father has a whole host of things going on. Money and fame isn’t everything. Her life is otherwise a hot mess, and she looks like a plastic doll. I just find that sad for a twenty something. The only one in the family who seems to have any shred of decency -and natural looks- is Kendall. |

When it's a possibility that your client might have to walk to the stage, you put them in something they feel comfortable walking in. If your client can't wear a strapless gown (which wasn't the least bit low cut BTW) without yanking at the bodice on national television, then you pick a different silhouette. Some clients will feel comfortable in anything you put on them (or at least can look like they do). Other clients, especially ones who aren't yet accustomed to the spotlight, don't. I mean, she walked to the stage holding onto her ass. That's not a winning look lol. |

Megan kelly can suck it. Why do women have to laugh at jokes that aren't funny at their expense just to not make a man not feel bad about his lack of humor? Why are we always aske to "be good sports" be it a bad joke or an unwanted catcall? Taylor already addressed the unwanted publicity in her Time person of the year piece. She doesn't ask for the attention and can't control it. The host, who most of us had never heard of before Sunday, openly showed his misogyny in his opening monologue (jabs at Barbie movie) and is not owed anything. Team Taylor! |

What a lot of people are forgetting or just conveniently overlooking is that Jo Koy had already lost the audience by the time he made the Taylor joke. This was AFTER the horrible and misogynistic Barbie jokes. People weren’t laughing at this point and were still reacting to what he had already said about Barbie and big boobs.
Taylor kept a stone face and took a drink. Selena Gomez and Helen Mirren both had their heads in their hands, others were shaking their heads. But let’s all go after Taylor for taking a drink because eff her, right? Remember that interview when she said “A man can react. A woman can only overreact”? Here it is in action. |

I took her sip as an eyeroll and her saying "haven't heard that joke before" because it was not original or funny. people just can't handle women who don't go out of their way to make men feel comfortable and liked. |

You are full of crap. Kendall totally had plastic surgery, even plastic surgeons have confirmed this. She looks so different from the show when she was a teen. You are jealous of Kylie. No fricking way her life is a hot mess. She is young, hot, rich, and has a cute young boyfriend. She has her own successful company and a plane. Her makeup sells out like an hour after it is released. All the celebrities have babies in non serious relationships so it’s nothing new, except in your tiny conservative town. Not everybody wants marriage, especially when they have a lot of money to lose if it does not work out. Kylie also is very generous and gives to charities in L.A. with her mom. Stop ripping people apart that you have never even met! |
