What happens now depends on what the right does with this. If they go full bore forward and bring up all sorts of abortion restrictions at the federal level and push it in borderline states, it will be a self-destructive folly. If they back off and let things simmer for a while and play out slowly, I don't think there will be much fallout.

No it isn’t? Yea, Americans have a right to protest. Why should a group not camp out 24/7 outside their homes to loudly protest losing rights? Why should they not be heckled as they walk through an airport? They’ll live.
