1.) Less viral load is still a good thing. Getting covid less often is also good. Not actively infecting others when you have covid? Again, the responsible choice.

Are you claiming #2 isn’t accurate? That only people with covid end up experiencing the symptoms/effects that are associated with post-covid conditions?

I agree that getting covid less often is a good thing. But presumably you recognize that there are negative effects from masks, mainly discomfort, which is why we don’t always wear masks (with higher quality masks generally being increasingly uncomfortable). Is that discomfort worth getting covid slightly less often? Or having a slightly less chance of developing serious medical complications in your life? I certainly don’t think so. Particularly when it isn’t foreseeable that we’ll ever be living without covid spreading at significant rates.
