We just bought some fresh pizza dough today from Wegmans, hoping to make pizza tonight. I left it out (to warm to room temp) per instructions for over an hour and a half now and when I just went to check on it, I realized it was frozen in the middle.
any suggestions on how to quickly defrost pizza dough? |

I quickly defrost meats by submerging in cold water. In sealed plastic bag, of course. I imagine will work for pizza dough too - put it in ziploc bag and submerge in cold water for 30 min.
