Developmental Pediatrician Coverage

Has anyone had trouble getting their Dev.Ped appt covered? We have BCBS Federal Program and it is unclear whether or not they will cover the testing.

We, too, have BC/BS FEP (standard), and the appointments have been covered so far. I can't remember the percentage, though.

Thanks! I finally talked to billing and it sounds like if the diagnosis is on the spectrum they will cover, but if it is something that the child will outgrow they will not cover...I guess we will just take the gamble as i think the diagnosis will be on the spectrum.
