Hoping to hear from mom's who've had a successful VBAC with Armstrong, Alagia, Bannon & Lawson in McLean. I really like the practice but know they are a little on the conservative side. I'd love to hear any tips or VBAC success stories w/ them. I'm delivering this fall. Thanks in advance! |
Armstrong doesnt do VBACs - I had a convo with him on this last week.
I dont know about Bannon - she tried to have a VBAC herself and it was not successful and she ended up with 2 c-sections. |
I know this is a really old topic, but I had to chime in.
I had Dr. Armstrong and while I did wind up having a second c-section with him, he IS open to VBAC if the conditions are right. But he is cautious. I also just wanted to say that I absolutely loved him and wish I still lived in the area so I could go to him. He was very knowledgeable but also very down-to-earth. And very caring when I got hit with PPD. Funny to say you miss your OB-GYN, but I do. |
