Pork loin - I need a nice marinate recipe

I am cooking it for tomorrow - is dry brining an option? Or should I do the liquid one? It is so messy..ugh! I was planing on cooking a small spiral ham, but Trader Joe didn't have any this time Also, for sides I am thinking mashed potatoes (I froze half of it from X-mas dinner), green beans casserole and a spinach/pomegranate/lentil salad. For desert a mini chocolate pie.

Just for me, my husband and our 2 y old.
