I'm looking for moms and dads in Bethesda/Silver Spring area who would share their experiences (and possibly frustrations) in planning birthday parties for children. What do folks consider these days in planning the big event? Home party vs. rented space? Entertainer or backyard pinata? Keep it simple or big blowout?
