I also look to see if they have D next to their name.

wow. I can think of a lot of reasons to include party affiliation on a ballot, but protection for ignorant minorities (how insulting is that??) is not one of them.

Did you follow the story? At issue is voters too stupid to vote without knowing it's a D they're voting for. That's insulting to everyone.

Sorry, but in this sad day and age, only the politicians with a "D" after their name actually have "ideas". Republican candidates are a reified primal scream of resentment by people who have nothing to be resentful of.
