Family daycare/ Nanny or nanny share in Pimmit Hills Area

I am looking for the best option for my baby, he will be almost 4 month old by the time I return to work in March. I am interested in exploring any of the options listed in the title, speciallly the nanny share, so please answer this post, even if you are lloking for a nanny as well, so maybe we can get in touch and expand our options.

There is a pimmit hills mom's group that you can join. It might make it easier for coordinating care.

I got a form from them, but because I am across the street from technically Pimmit Hills, I think I was rejected for membership. Technically, my address is Mclean, which has no daycares.

My information is dated, but Rosa Avellino is good and close by on Peabody. There also used to be a home daycare off Magarity near Lewinsville that was ok. The Falls Church and McLean state and county childcare lists will have more listed. I'd also consider getting on the waitlist for Falls Church Mclean preschool at Lemon Road as a possible option for when your child is 2. Fun and Friends used to have bad reviews but maybe it is better now. Westgate Child Center which starts at age 3 had decent reviews as did Our Small World. If you can pay more money, First Steps in Tysons gets great reviews.
