Can I put DH's semen analysis through my insurance policy?

DH is on a plan that does not cover these tests, and mine covers all testing through my RE. Does anyone know if my RE's office charge DH's semen analysis to my insurance company?

The answer will determine when we get this testing done. TIA!

Unfortunately no. You're insurance will only cover your procedures. The good thing is that its not that expensive.

At SG it cost me $150 in 2010.

Actually, we have Carefirst BCBS, and I think that's about the only thing they paid for. Give it a try.

Fady Sharara charge was 250 recently, not covered by anthem bcbs

Not the OP but for years DH and I kept separate insurance because two self only premiums were much cheaper than one family premium. The difference would have covered quite a few tests.
