I've skipped the cookies so far this year and instead have just gone through a jar of Nutella spread on saltine crackers. Damn you Costco, for your cheap cheap 2 pack of Nutella and that November coupon that made it even cheaper.
Back before I had kids I always made lots of Molasses cookies and gave them away, some people love them. |

| If you're looking for quick and easy do a bar cookie. I made a ton of cookies the other day and loved how quickly the bar cookies came together. A great recipe was for butterscotch shortbread bars with cashews. My favorite have always been those 7 layer bars. Yum! In regular cookies, mexican wedding are always the first to go at my house. |
