This is How Much Republicans Care about Spending

The bill that will avert the federal shutdown was stuck over the following issues loaded in by Republicans, about half of which they got:

*Cuba restrictions
*Planned Parenthood
*DC paying for abortions with DC revenue
*DCs needle exchange program
*Lightbulbs
*Block environmental regulations
*an oil pipeline
*Defund family planning abroad
*Require abstinence-only programs
*Block Net Neutrality
*Block Consumer Product Safety commission from building a database of bad products


So basically, while the budget is supposed to be everything, (oh and jobs), the actual battles are over all of this non-budget crap. In short, it's the same old Republican nonsense.
