Date Night Dinner in Rockville tonight?

I am having an impromptu celebratory dinner with DH tonight. We do not have too much time, so I need to keep it somewhere near our house in downtown Rockville. I love Rockville, but I have yet to find a restaurant that I love. Does anyone have any suggestions for a semi-romantic place with good food in the area?

Thai pavilion is good. I like the tapas place there too but it didn't seem romantic

Not sure that they are terribly romantic but we love Spice Xing and Oro Pomodoro.
