Easiest Electric Wine Opener?

I would like to purchase one for my In-Laws for christmas, but don't want to break the bank. Does anyone have a quick and easy wine opener they suggest? The type that are "one touch" but dont require just as much effort to remove the cork from the gadget after its out of the bottle.
