I have a relative struggling with nausea from chemotherapy and I want to run out and get some of these, because I've heard they help. Is there a store in Bethesda someplace that sells them?
I've found them at Whole Foods - you are sweet to pick some up for your relative.
Trader Joe's used to have them
World Market carries them, too.
Very kind of you - good luck to you & your relative.
Whole foods, world market, trader joes.
Thanks very much, all. Going to Whole Foods now.
is there any where I can find them locally like wal mart or walgreen places like that
The other places aren't local? Asian markets also sell them. Or chewing on ginger root itself/eating pickled ginger (the sliced pink stuff that comes with sushi) helps. |
When I had horrible nausea with my last pregnancy an Indian coworker brought me in dried ginger that was kind of salty. You chewed/sucked on it then spit it out. It was really good and helped with nausea. Maybe try an Indian grocery store for some options
Hmart carries several kinds.... They work !
