I think we are in a world where you don't get to tear down someone else's free expression. There is no law against you making a statue of Mohammad.

If you put up a picture of yourself face-raping my Mom, I'd assume my mother would have grounds to sue you. Because she's alive, and a real person. Mohammad is a historical figure, like Charlemagne. Jesus is a quasi-historical figure who may or may not have been based on a person--like Robin Hood.
