The next president could appoint at least 2 Supreme Court justices

4 of the 9 will be between 74 and 79 years old next year. This has always been an important variable, for me, when voting for president. What do you guys think?

Unfortunately, "Uncle" Thomas won't be that old, but I sure wish he'd leave the court.

I am in total agreement with OP. Disappointed as I am with Obama, at least he is not intent on turning the Court into a right wing weapon.

He *could* appoint any number of justices. You never know what will happen.

I do wonder who is on Obama's shortlist, though, since he's going to be reelected.
