At what age do you start putting babies in the robez type shoes & then regular shoes?

Robeez at any age if needed (cold temps, etc..)

Regular shoes I'd save for once the child is standing/walking, and even then it's only really necessary outside. If the weather is mild, even a standing baby doesn't really need more than a soft soled flexible shoe.
