Bethesda Chipolte -- Drug Ring

I was at Suburban Hospital's ER last last night with my toddler and a fever. It was swarmed with police and teenagers. Apparently, the Chipolte by the Metro station is a place for drug transactions. I could not get too much on it, since I had a sick child with me. Anyone know anything about this???
Also, just because it's burning me up. There was this "kingpin" of a father there with his high school age son. A very nice looking, well-to-do family. His son seemed to be involved in what was happening. What bothered me so (in accordance with the "rude children" thread) was that the father was sooo.... rude and disrespectful to the doctors that were trying to help his son. Really? How could have that have helped the situation? Did he think his son would get better care by being rude? He kept name dropping " I know the CEO of the hospital, I am a member or CC Country Club and on and on....? It was so obnoxious, that I could not take my eyes (and ears) of him. The the poor doctors, did not know how to handle it, obviously tired by that time of night, trying to see if the kid is alright, and just getting bombarded by the dad. Perhaps if he funneled some of that energy to his son, they would not have been in that situation. |

OP here: Yes, but the scene in the ER seemed as if there is a bit more to it than that. I guess we are all just as sheltered. I hope all our children are as well. But I have to tell you, last night, really freaked me out. |

Your header makes it sound like the Chipolte is some sort of front for a drug operation.
But really what you are telling us is that some rich, white kids smoke marijuana and maybe cop it in the vicinity of a Chipotle? And there is an obnoxious rich parent from Bethesda treating people like dirt. An a**hole in Bethesda? Now that part is just unbelievable. |

Guys, read it. I began by telling you I was in the ER at Suburban. There were a bunch of teens there and the police were questioning them.
I spoke to a PA there this weekend and all she could tell me is: Apparently, there was a fight and the kids were hitting and hit with glass bottles. The fight broke out at or around the Chipolte. People/kids/?? from, not only Bethesda have been meeting there to do major drug transactions. I don't think some teens and weeds would have caused the commotion that occurred in the ER that night. |

| Sounds like you are just nosey. I'm more concerned about nude pics of a child and a missing (possible) molestor than a bunch of rich, white kids dealing drugs. |

Sounds like you are just an idiot. Your child being photographed nude is less probable than your child getting involved with rich, white kids and drugs. Unless of course your kid is on drugs or is posing to get money to buy drugs, or...... |

Thanks sheriff. I'm not worried about my toddler falling into the rich, white drug crowd just yet as she doesn't ask to hang out in Bethesda, but thanks for updating me on what is probable. Glad to know it makes me an idiot to be concerned about child pornography and molestation. |
