Beanless chili (from http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/everyday-paleo-sarah-fragoso/1100091997 ) It's made with hot Italian sausage and ground beef, and I'm looking forward to trying it.

grilled chicken, whole wheat pasta w/lemon, olive oil, & garlic, & spinach salad with shaved fennel & parm

tomorrow, turkey cutlets, cranberry sauce, brown rice, broccoli

i'm making a grain salad of:
roasted brussies, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, walnuts, quinoa, some blue cheese. i think a dressing just of olive oil/balsamic, maybe some rosemary?

Not sure how it will turn out, first time making it!

Poster who made the beanless chili - I wish I saw your reply earlier. The pepperoni would have been a great addition. Next time...
