Crisis with hungry kids! I have always-always-grilled bone-in pork chops. However, I just realized my propane is out, and I don't have time to go get another. Can I bake them? If so, at what temp/for how long? They are marinating in a thickish mustard-rosemary-lemon sauce, and it covers them pretty well in a baking dish. Just not sure of the time/temp...I don't want to overcook!
