Enchiladas with leftover turkey - yay or nay?

Was thinking of making something like the recipe below with leftover turkey breast meat. Think it would work just as well?

| Sure that would be good use of turkey. I'd add extra cheese though, since lowfat often is less tasty! Another good use is chili. |

| Why not-season the meat with cumin, lime juice, ground pepper,garlic and other typical fajita seasonings. Should be yummy and healthier. Freaking go go it! |
