Toy bar for a convertible car seat?

I'm looking for a toy bar (to hang baby toys from, like you would on the handle of an infant seat) that will attach to a convertible car seat that will be used rear facing for an infant (probably one of the britax models- marathon or decathlon most likely) but haven't found anything so far.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists and where I can get one, if so?
