WSJ: “The Heritage Foundation official who leads Project 2025, the conservative roadmap for the next Republican administration, is stepping down after former President Donald Trump and his aides publicly criticized the group and Democrats decried its proposals as radical and dangerous.”

Nice try, MAGA.
Do Trump and his minions really think no one sees right through this “stepping down”? As if that negates the whole project.

+1 and as Republicans across the country introduce legislation that does exactly what Project 2025 wants to do nationwide…

You mean their *actual* agenda? It's funny that not one of you will acknowledge this - and the fact that is is NOT Project 2025. But that's ok. We're all used to your gaslighting.

Who is gaslighting?

This is not making whatever point you think it is. The obvious move is to loudly and clearly distance himself from a project that he was not involved with and has no interest in pursuing. But sure, continue with your wacky LWNJ conspiracy theories while the rest of us just roll our eyes at you.

LWNJs like PP continue their efforts to gaslight Americans into believing 2025 is trump’s agenda or that trump is somehow behind it.

Don’t fall for it.

Perhaps they’re relying on Trump’s dementia to provide plausible deniability in regards to him not knowing who works for him.

And the fact that the hack/leak shows Trump campaign staff were emailing back and forth on Project 2025 matters takes away that "plausible deniability" - unless Trump is mentally so far gone that he has absolutely no idea what his staff is doing, in which case he is completely mentally unfit to serve, and his campaign needs to end the charade and shut it all down for the good of America.

There has never been any “plausible deniability” with the GOP, Trumpers, and Project 2025.

There has only been gaslighting, projection, and lying.

Too bad it worked in 2016 to win Electoral College, but not popular vote. And didn’t work in 2020 on either EC or popular vote. And the way to put out the gaslighting, projection, and lying of Trumpers (and the shell of the GOP) is with a giant blue wave.

Vote!

They are just awful. More proof of how awful they are and how they want to ruin our country.

One of the goals of Trump's Project 2025 is to terminate reproductive freedoms.

That’s pretty obviously been a goal of the GOP for years.

Has he talked to his friend Donald? He’s backing off from the incredibly unpopular decision to enslave women.

MAGA extremists clearly have no intelligent defense. It’s the same overused, misused words. Very much like Trump who doesn't understand what he means when he says words. Gaslighting and Rubes are so 2016-2020. It’s over. You underestimate the power of people within your own party. Trump, Vance, and ilk are done. They will be banished. GTFO our lawn.
