Am I overeacting? BRU selling damaged water bottles

Yesterday I saw a whole shelf of water bottles on clearance at BRU and I was just shocked.

It's like someone dropped the whole box upside down so they had the tops flushed inside the bottles.

I know we're not supposed to buy cans with dents, does the same apply to plastic bottles?

Phew! OK then.

Another point was the price. $.99 for the gallon ON CLEARANCE.

This is the regular price at the grocery store!
