How late do you stay up on average?

I am a night owl, I like my quiet time after the kids go to bed. Usually midnight or 1 is my bedtime. Up at 5:30, and I wonder why I have bags under my eyes?

I normally got to bed at 11 or midnight.

I accidentally fell asleep at about 5:30pm yesterday, so now I'm up at 4am.

with the time change, i'm in bed by 8:30 max. i don't have cable so there's no temptation to stay up and watch mindless tv i LOVE getting lots of rest. i wake up early in the morning on my own. people think i'm crazy but i think people in general don't get enough sleep these days.

I used to be a night owl (2-3am bed time waking up between 10-noon) but after having kids I had to adjust. DC works like a clock so we all go to bed around 8pm and wake up at 7am. I bring DC a sippy with warm milk and DC will stay in bed for 1 extra hour that gives me time to either get ready or sleep in a little more.

For all you night owls, what are you doing?

On weekdays, I like to head toward bed between 9:15-10:30, especially when I will be getting up at 5am for an early morning boot camp. Staying up until 11:30 would be late, late, late for me. I never used to be this way, but I love going to bed early and getting up early -- and we don't even have kids yet.

On weekends, anywhere from 10:30 to the occasional 1 or 2am depending on what we are doing.

DH hates going to bed early, but usually comes shortly behind me because he knows he needs it.

Holy cow. You get ELEVEN hours of sleep every night? Wow. Awesome, I guess.
