Babysitters salaries, fairfax?

We know we are likely in for a bit of a shock here - and are wondering how much we should expect to pay for babysitters or nannies in the Fairfax area. We are moving from CA, everything here is very very expensive, but in Fairfax does not look diferent. No?

| We pay 10 an hour for occasional babysitting for one 3 year old. She doesn't drive though we pick her up. We pay more for those with transportation. |
