| Quesadillas - sauteed onions & peppers, beans (refried don't fall out), 2 slices of cheddar and a shake of salsa, on a flour tortilla, folded & cooked until the cheese melts. Both kids can now make it themselves. Thank you, Beauvoir summer camp, for the original recipe, slightly modified here. |

PP can you share your recipe for oatmeal chicken tenders? I am intrigued.
My son loves pasta in any way but his all time favorite is bow ties with ham, cream, lemon and leeks. My daughter loves beans/grains, especially black bean soup and lentil salad and the baby still eats whatever I cook
