I don't agree. He was tolerable when she had money. When the money ran out and he killed her dog, he wasn't tolerable.

No he wasn't! He was a homophobe who had the secret service show up at his house and was popping balloons with a knife at the MTV reunion.

He wasn’t tolerable to most people but tolerable to Janelle. HE was the one posed she followed the road rage guy home. SHE thought it was ok to do so while brandishing a gun in front of her elementary aged kid. She got off on her husband’s manliness and tolerated what the majority of sane people would not. She no longer tolerates him now that the money ran out and his wallets aren’t making money. Understand my point: SHE found him tolerable. Not “we all” did. The woman reunited with him after he publicized that he killed her beloved dog - most people would: a) not so that; and b) the very few who would, would know enough not to publicize it, especially when you know you’re already hated and watched and have custody issues and cps investigations.

+1 MTV probably told her they’d take her back if she leaves David. This isn’t a real filing. She thinks once she starts filming again she'll be able to call the shots as she always did. And she will.

Jenelle did seem to have potential to do something with her life in the beginning. I remember she got good grades, etc. But then she got mixed up with drugs and a string of asshole after asshole. Seems dumb now, but she also seems high AF all the time so hard to tell how much of that is permanent.

People were arguing that Farrah is the smartest of the teen mom cast members. I would argue Maci is smarter than Farrah. No one is talking about any of them in objectively "smart" terms.

Guys, calm down. I didn’t say she’s the smartest because she didn’t have more babies. Stop projecting, old biddies!

I think she’s the smartest because she is very tuned in to the hustle. She’s all about making things happen for herself and Sophia—misguided though she may be. As I said, she has an endless amount of issues. Many of the crazy things she does are because of her psychological issues and her deep-seeded issues with her mother/family.

I don’t think Chelsea is particularly smart. I’ll give you Maci, though.

For the record, I don’t necessarily see being smart as correlating to the amount of [out-of-wedlock] babies you have.
