The term you want is statutory rape, and I suppose it would depend on where they allegedly had sex. But I think she's batshit and out to make a buck/get her 15 minutes. |

It's doubtful. I read he is doing the paternity test to put the matter and rest, and then promptly suing her to set an example that you can't go around doing this.
She was 19 and he was 16 when this allegedly happened, and apparently it's only a misdeamoner offense if there is a three year or less age gap between the two. I am a wealth of info on this topic because I watched some of E! News this weekend, and this morning on the metro they featured this item in the Scoop section of the one of the free metro papers. Amazing what kind of information you can obtain without even looking for it! |
